                   巨噬细胞在免疫系统中发挥重要作用。它们主要通过调节细胞因子和趋化因子等可溶性分子来调节许多非吞噬细胞的功能。巨噬细胞也通过摄取和消化微生物或非自身颗粒和大分子「参与身体的“同形状态”。消化反过来又由它们的溶酶体酶介导。脂质体是人工制备的脂质囊泡,由包裹水ζ室的同心磷脂双层组成。它们可用于封装在水溶液中溶∞解的强亲水性分』子,如氯膦酸盐,一种为人类应用开发的无毒双膦酸盐。注射后,氯膦酸脂质体具有特洛伊木马的功能。巨噬细㊣ 胞摄取氯膦酸脂质体并消化脂质体膜。氯膦△酸盐不会被消化,会留在巨噬细胞内。随着吞噬和消化更多的氯〓膦酸脂质体,巨噬细胞中会积聚更多的【氯膦酸盐。在一定的∴细胞内浓度下,氯膦酸盐将通过启动其程序性细胞死亡(即凋亡)来卐消除巨噬细胞[1]。
